Aside from lady claiming I couldn’t take a proper selfie, my hike on the trail at Moreau State lake was rather pleasant. We had the dogs and weren’t fully prepared for the trail so unfortunately we didn’t make it to the top. However, that didn’t stop us from having a great time and snapping a few photos.
Some photos I snapped during my summer 2023 hike to Bash Bish Falls. This was an amazing sight. The cascade is by far the largest I’ve visited, though I did feel it lost something due to the amount of signage around the area. Where as some of my other excursions have taken me to places that felt unique and off the beaten path, this place almost felt touristy. In one of my lastest outing to the Kaaterskill Wilds, I found a remote little spot off the trail where I found some solitude and the opportunity to restore my sanity. I created a photosphere of my temporary bastion.
