The Beauty of Texas Falls, Vermont

There’s something timeless about the way water moves through stone, carving its path over centuries. Texas Falls, tucked away in the Green Mountain National Forest, is one of those places where nature’s quiet persistence is on full display.
On this particular fall day, the air was crisp, the trees a patchwork of gold and crimson, and the light filtered through the leaves just right—casting everything in a warm, fleeting glow. The rush of water over smooth rock, the hush of the forest, and the way the season’s colors reflected in the pools below made for a perfect moment, captured in these photos.
